Villa Arnata. Come and relax. Take time for yourself.

Villa Arnata is a carefully restored 17th century farmhouse with four comfortable apartments on a working farm of around 14 hectares in the tranquil Arnata valley in the beautiful Umbrian hills south of Todi in Italy.

We produce cold pressed D.O.P. extra vergin olive oil, lucerne, logs for wood stoves and a small quantity of cashmere wool.

The property is both ecologically and environmentally friendly.  Original water sources have been recovered and wind and sun energy are used to the full. Heating, when needed in mid-winter, is provided by wood burning stoves using wood harvested as a renewable resource from carefully managed nearby woods.

Park your vehicle in the shade of the olive grove; step out and listen to the silence.

Looking to recharge your batteries?  This is the place where you can forget the 21st century; laze around the house and the massage pool, sit in the shade of the gazebo, have a barbecue, play an unwinding game of bocce or challenge yourself to a game of giant chess, sit and watch the goats, donkeys and countryside, walk or stroll through the abundant woods and fields around the house and/or visit the medieval towns which dot the countryside - such magic names as Todi, Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Orvieto, Florence and Siena.
