Apartments L'Acqua, Il Vento and Il Fuoco (all 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom): Euro 65,00 per night/per apartment.
Apartment Il Sole (1 bedroom): Euro 85,00 per night.
Apartment 1l Sole Plus (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms): Euro 130,00 per night.

July - August  

Apartments L'Acqua, Il Vento and Il Fuoco (all 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom): Euro 85,00 per night/per apartment.
Apartment Il Sole (1 bedroom): Euro 105,00 per night.
Apartment Il Sole Plus (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms): Euro 170,00 per night.

September - October 

Apartments L'Acqua, Il Vento and Il Fuoco: 01-09 to 14-10 Euro 65,00 per night/per apartment, 15-10 to 31-10 Euro 50,00 per night/per apartment.
Apartment Il Sole (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom): 01-09 to 14-10 Euro 85,00 per night, 15-10 to 31-10 Euro 50,00 per night.
Apartment Il Sole Plus (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms): 01-09-2011 to 01-04-2012 Euro 130,00 per night.

A minimum stay of 3 nights,
Final cleaning charge of Euro 25,00 for stays of less than 5 nights,
All pricing is based on a maximum of 2 persons per apartment,
No smoking please in the building or in the grounds

Prices include: 

All bed linen,
Free WiFi internet connection,
Towels for the bathroom and kitchen,
Electricity, gas and hot water, 
Wood for the wood stoves in all apartments, 
Final cleaning included for stays of 5 nights or longer.
Free parking.

A damage deposit is not required.  If something should get damaged or broken please just let us know and give us fair recompense.

Payment conditions:

30% of the total price to be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.  The remainder to be paid by credit card (Paypal email) or cash on arrival. Please contact us to arrange method of payment.
