Walking in Umbria

The area around Todi has many connecting walking trails where you can discover the hidden charms of Umbria from close by.  Trail no. 5 goes right past Villa Arnata. Follow the signs or explore the many footpaths. 

Guided walks are available.  You decide which direction and how long! The walks go along paths through woods, round fields, past olive groves, vineyards and by the river to old mills and Roman bridges. Fantastic views. 

Two small donkeys are being trained to carry food and drink for you on longer walks.  Help with this training is welcome!
