Horse riding/tennis: Todi - 20 minutes by car
Walking: many walking trails around Todi and right from the Villa Arnata door.
Rock climbing: Ferentillo - 1 hour by car.
White water rafting: the Nera valley - 1 hour by car.
Fishing: Scheggino - 1 hour 15 minutes by car.

Boating: Lake Piediluco, Lake Bolsena and Lake Trasimeno - all less than an hour by car.
Skiing: Terminillo - one and a quarter hours drive through majestic countryside.
