Directions from Rome. 

>Exit the A1 motorway at Orte.
>After passing through the tollbooth turn right onto the E45 in the direction of Terni/Cesena.
>After approximately 15 minutes, take care as the motorway appears to go straight on; but you need to take the exit to Cesena.
>Another 5 minutes brings you to the Montecastrilli/Avigliano Umbro exit.
>Take this exit and go straight across at the bottom.
>Follow this road into Castel Todino and at the stop sign go straight ahead through the small centre of the village.
>Remain on this road, which by-passes Montecastrilli and goes through Dunarobba.
>About 500 metres after passing through Dunarobba the road takes a sharp left turn by the cemetery.
>At this turn, go straight on - beware that after a longish straight the road takes a very sharp turn to the right. Do not relax, within 500 metres there is another one, even more scary.
>Follow the road through Sismano, many ups and downs and twisty-winds and after about 4 kilometres there is a left turn - poorly marked Pesciano.
>Take this road and follow it for about 2 kilometres and you will start climbing the hill up to the village of Pesciano.
>About 500 metres before getting to the village there is a hairpin bend, marked "Tornante", just after the Pesciano sign on the crown of the hairpin bend there is a white (unsurfaced) road off to the left marked with a wooden sign on a tree showing the way to Voc. Ortali.
>Take this road and after about 700 metres, and negotiating a sharp descent, you will see Villa Arnata on your left-hand side.
