The apartments each have name that represents a part of the environmentally friendly system we use for water and heating and electricity.

The holiday apartments are tastefully decorated and the kitchens well equipped. All have beautiful views across the tranquil Arnata Valley and are heated by traditional wood burning stoves for those few days in the year when heating is necessary. WiFi is available in all apartments.
The apartments offer a smoking free environment and we respectfully ask that you refrain from smoking within the buildings and in the grounds.
A deliberate choice has be made not to have dishwashers as these are damaging to the environment.
To give you more quality time for yourself and for your companions we have deliberately chosen not to have TVs.

Outside in the garden you will find:

• Two shady areas with tables and chairs where you can dine or just sit and chat.
• Many benches where you can enjoy the views over the Arnata Valley or up to the medieval village of Pesciano.
• A terrace with sun beds and a swing seat next to the cool massage pool which is ideal for cooling off in the hot summer sun.
  
• A barbecue - guests are kindly requested to provide their own charcoal.
• Bocce
• Giant outdoor chess

Last, but by no means least, there is space and more space. Visit the goats, walk through or linger in the olive groves, sit by the ancient natural spring or explore the valley.

Dogs are welcome but only the dog(s) of one family will be accepted at any one time.  Should you wish to go out and leave your dog(s) for the day there is a large, secure kennel with dog run available.
