Prices 

April - June
Apartments L'Acqua, Il Vento and Il Fuoco: Euro 65,00 per night.
Apartment Il Sole: Euro 85 per night.

July - August 
Apartments L'Acqua, Il Vento and Il Fuoco: Euro 85,00 per night.
Apartment Il Sole: Euro 105,00 per night.

September - October 
Apartments L'Acqua, Il Vento and Il Fuoco: Euro 65,00 per night.
Apartment Il Sole: Euro 85,00 per night.

A minimum stay of 2 nights.

All pricing is based on a maximum of 2 persons per apartment.
No smoking please in the building or in the grounds.
Pets are welcome.  Each pet is an additional Euro 10,00 per night. Pets are allowed in only one of the apartments.  The others are pet free.

Prices include: 
All bed linen,
Towels for the bathroom and kitchen,
Electricity, gas and hot water, 
Wood for the wood stoves in all apartments, 
Final cleaning. 

A damage deposit is not required.  If something should get damaged or broken please just let us know and give us fair recompense.

Please bring your own towels for outside.  Alternatively you can rent towels for outside, price Euro5, 00 per person.

Payment conditions:
30% of the total price to be paid at the time of booking.  The remainder to be paid by credit card, bank transfer or on arrival. Services and prices subject to change without notice.
